Hazlet Summer Recreation will be open to 150 children ages 5 to 13 for the period June 28, 2021, to July 30, 2021. Hazlet Recreation hours will be from 9:30 am and 3:00 p.m. daily. Hazlet Summer Recreation tuition for the 5-week camp $450 per child. Please be advised this is for the Hazlet Rec program, if you are looking to enroll for Camp Coconuts please exit this page. Hazlet Residence wishing to enroll for Camp Coconuts will receive an enrollment discount for registration also, but this option is for Rec Camp Only.
Hazlet Recreation Daily Programming!
- Daily swimming
- Recreational activities
- Arts and craft activities
- Optional weekly off-site excursions (additional fee) if permitted based on CDC guidelines and availability at excursion sites. If it is determined that social distancing and safety protocols can not be met, excursions will not be offered during COVID. Information will be posted and sent to you once final determinations are made, please stay tuned.
Hazlet Recreation Enrollment Details
- Hazlet Rec will operate under Summer Camp CDC, state, and county Board of Health requirements and guidance due to ongoing COVID-19 conditions
- In the event of inclement weather, the camp will be canceled
- No regular camp programming will be offered on off-site excursion days
- Camper checklist to be provided
- Camper attestation forms to be provided
- Camper calendar to be provided
- Medical forms required prior to attendance
- Masks must be worn indoors.

As spaces are limited this year, we encourage families to register early. Due to pre-attendance health and safety screening requirements, changes cannot be accepted after the Change & Cancellation Deadline of 6/15/21. Late registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Fees will not be prorated.
Your Enrollment Application does not guarantee space in a camp. Submit one application per camper. Once you have submitted your online application, you will receive an automated acknowledgment email. However, your registration is not complete until we have received payment and you have received confirmation from the Camp Office.
